Theatre is a wonderful art form that teaches students many important life skills, such as team work, perseverance, and responsibility. Theatre also nurtures character development. We strive to uphold positive character traits including respect, humility, timeliness, individuality, and kindness. Our goal is to provide students with an opportunity to perform outside of the school year. Many students are unable to participate in theatre classes during the school year due other extracurricular activities and needs. This will give every student an opportunity to shine! Lastly, it is our mission to provide a safe and healthy environment for our students to perform in, as we seek to glorify Christ in all we do! When: July 22-27th, 9:00am-3:30pm We will have one performance on Friday, July 26th @ 6:30pm and one performance on Saturday, July 27th @ 2:00pm Who: 2-6th grade (By Sept 1st) Where: Young Musicians of Virginia, 865 Woodstock Rd, Virginia Beach, VA Cost: $250/student for week long camp Bring a sack lunch! Microwave is available! Cancellation policy: 50% of basic camp fee if cancelled before registration deadline. Cancellations after deadline are non-refundable. (Last-minute cancellations due to illness or other uncontrollable factors may be eligible for 50% refund at the discretion of YMV.) Registration deadline: June 22, 2024 There will be a non-refundable $15 processing fee for non-YMV families added to the fee at the bottom of the form.
